The Republicans warmed up for a major Supreme Court decision today by vowing to repeal President Obama's health care law if they win the November elections.
In the GOP weekly radio address, Rep. Erik Paulsen, R-Minn., said the health care law is putting a major drag on the economy, "driving up costs and making it harder for small businesses" to hire new employees.
"It's making things worse in our economy, and it needs to be fully repealed," Paulsen said.
Exactly what the law will look like remains up in the air. The Supreme Court is scheduled to decide later this month on the constitutionality of the health care plan that Obama signed in 2010.
